Bongo sends you into a hectic gem hunt as a rat while a relentless villain stays right on your tail. On each screen, you have to deal with ladders, slides, and conveyor belts that can slow you down or speed you up. The letters of Bongo's name are especially useful, letting you teleport to different parts of the screen. Its appeal comes from fast collecting, constant dodging, and the small tricks that help you eventually rescue your girlfriend and reach the next stage.
