Brain Disease II: The Return builds on the tricky challenges of its predecessor, but this time focuses more on arranging balls cleverly. You have to recognize patterns, plan several moves ahead, and place the elements so that each task is solved. The new idea adds a fresh tactical demand – a challenging puzzle game where logic, patience, and a good feel for the right sequence open the way to the next level.
