Brothers in Blood is an early, unfinished prototype that once sparked rumors of being “Hawkeye 2” – but ultimately turned out to be its own project. The preview features two warrior brothers who were meant to fight side by side through ruins and temples. The goal was a cooperative two-player platformer with shared combat and exploration. What exists today shows basic scrolling, simple graphics, and the infamous flickering green raster at the top of the screen – all signs of an early work in progress. Still, it hints at what could have been an ambitious and cooperative action sequel in spirit.
