Playing against the clock, Captive Queens turns solitaire into a brisk card challenge where you reveal cards from the stock and place them onto the proper foundations. Twos and sixes form the starting point, after which the piles are built by suit – first upward to the jack and then back down to the ace. At the heart of it all are the captive queens, which must gradually be freed while only a small number of reveals can help you out. That blend of speed, planning, and careful card handling gives Captive Queens a tougher edge than its simple rules first suggest.
