Carcer turns escaping a dungeon into a clever puzzle where every step needs careful thought. For each move, you must leave a coin behind, so every path forward also changes your options for getting back. Since you cannot move without coins, routes have to be planned carefully and dropped coins may need to be collected again later. This creates an unusual puzzle game that develops surprising tactical depth from a very simple idea.
