“Corman” is a game in the style of “Jumpman” or “Lode Runner.” The goal is to collect all scattered pellets in each level while avoiding falls and dodging the flying balls that traverse the level. The game is challenging because the player character is relatively large for this type of game. Unlike “Jumpman,” the musical capabilities of the Commodore 64 are utilized, featuring continuous background music (“The Swan” from “Carnival of the Animals”) and the “Funeral March” accompanying each lost life.
