Creepspread II expands the cave exploration of the first game with an added journey across dangerous ground above. Before descending into the dark passages, you jump through side-scrolling sections and avoid monsters that already make survival difficult. Inside the caves, you collect useful items, restore health, and try to push onward through ever-changing threats. This creates a more varied adventure that combines platform action, dungeon exploration, and the constant struggle to stay alive.
