In the future, Earth's resources have been depleted by the ever-growing population, and the future of humanity seems bleak and harsh. The government, FourNations, has developed a plan to colonize Mars to alleviate Earth's overpopulation. Construction starts well, but costs spiral out of control, plunging Earth into a deep recession. Years later, the project is still underway, but at a sluggish pace, and you are sent to a moon base to receive unknown instructions, possibly related to launching a rocket to further the colonization project. While you are called to various meetings, a bomb explodes. You learn that it is from a terrorist group called the "Mining Group" who want to prevent the rocket launch.
