In Demons of Dex you play Eino, an apprentice tasked with defeating evil in the depths of a dungeon. Armed with a robe and a rusty knife, you fight your way through 30 levels full of enemies such as rats, bats, undead and demons. You look for power-ups to survive in later levels, use melee weapons, break down doors and collect potions for healing, gems for orientation and a lightning rod for long-range attacks. Hidden are invisibility cloaks and the "Ankh" spell, which kills all nearby enemies but without giving you experience points.
