Dictator II turns the struggle for power into a tactical contest over buildings, streets, and political control. You try to overthrow the government by taking over important buildings and choosing your directions wisely. While your own structures earn points, enemy positions can be captured or destroyed, constantly changing the advance. This creates a strategic fight for influence in which planning, strong positioning, and decisive action determine success.
