„Doctor Dementia“ is a fast-paced defense game – where the player must prevent falling lines from reaching the ground. Precise shots push the lines back before they touch the bottom of the screen. The number of available shots is displayed on the turret. To reload, the player must skillfully move between the minus sign on the left and the plus sign on the right. Quick reflexes and accuracy are essential – to effectively repel the lines and achieve a high score.
