Dr. Watt focuses on fast, direct action in a tight playfield where you have to shoot enemies while maneuvering carefully. The walls become a danger themselves, since touching them can immediately set you back. This means good aim is not enough – precise movement under pressure matters just as much. The result is a simple but demanding game that combines reaction, awareness, and steady control.
