Exerion puts you in control of a spacecraft facing continuously appearing enemy formations. Hostile ships move across the screen from different directions and must be shot down before they collide with your fighter. A difficulty level can also be selected at the start, affecting the challenge. The goal is to survive for as long as possible while achieving a high score.
