Gerry the Germ didn't get his Stinkploma and was expelled from the Illtitute of Infectology. He decides to infect a human to prove he deserves it. You play as Gerry and must navigate through five body parts to make the human sick. In the lungs, you collect oxygen cans; in the kidneys, you gather kidney beans; in the stomach, you collect acid to dissolve an aspirin. In the pancreas, you infect medical supplies on a train and stop the train by throwing coal pieces at the conductor. In the heart, you must find your way across a bridge and infect the heart. If you fail, there's a bonus screen where you have to collect a toilet roll in a rowboat to block a dripping faucet.
