Global Chess takes the classic game of chess and adds an entirely new dimension. It's played on a 16x8 board that simulates a spherical surface, allowing moves to wrap around east and west. Each side controls 32 pieces – including extra rooks, knights, and bishops. Pawns come in two types, moving either eastward or westward. Two new pieces add further depth: the Princess, who moves like a queen but only up to three squares, and the Prince, who can move like a queen for two squares or make a knight's move. Strategy and awareness are vital, as attacks can come from every direction.
