This game was never commercially released. It's actually a hack of the C64 game Imperator, which puts you in the shoes of a dictator during World War II, rather than a general from antiquity. You play a fascist dictator of World War II (this includes not only Germany, but also other nations that were never fascist dictatorships). Technically, it's an economic simulation with a military aspect.nnnnFor obvious reasons, it was immediately classified by the BPJS (Federal Office for Media Protection) in 1989. Shortly after, its sale to adults was also banned. The classification remained in place for another 25 years. The court ruling is valid indefinitely (until overturned by another ruling). However, since this mod was never commercially released, the classification and the court ruling are primarily political in nature.
