Jack the Nipper puts you in the role of the mischievous baby Jack, who wants to throw his town into chaos with as many pranks as possible. You explore locations such as the kindergarten, police station, museum, side streets, and allotments, searching for your pea-shooter and using it along with various objects to cause trouble. Plates are smashed, adults are annoyed, ghosts are shot, Mum's credit card is abused, and even prisoners can be helped to escape. The goal is to fill the Naughtyometer to 100 percent by pulling off as many successful pranks as possible and become the naughtiest baby of all time.
