Laser Chess blends traditional chess strategy with futuristic laser combat. The goal remains to defeat the opposing king, but mirrors, beams, and reflections change the game entirely. Each piece can be moved and rotated to redirect or block laser fire. Eight piece types have unique traits: some reflect, others absorb or split the beam. When fired, the laser travels in a straight line, bouncing off mirrors and destroying any unprotected piece in its path – even your own. Lose the king and the match is over; lose the laser, and you're left playing standard chess without the power of light.
