“Lunar 64” simulates the landing of a spacecraft on the Moon's surface. You begin at an altitude of 52,800 feet, descending at a speed of 200 feet per second. The screen displays indicators for speed (in feet per second), altitude (in feet), remaining fuel, and elapsed time (in seconds). Controls are managed using number keys: the higher the number, the stronger the thrust. A thrust level of 5 exactly counteracts gravity, allowing you to fall at a constant speed. The goal is to land at a speed of less than 15 feet per second. If you run out of fuel, you'll plummet like a rock.
