"Merlin" places the player in the role of the legendary wizard at King Arthur's court in the sixth century. With all the knights away at a tournament, the task of rescuing the kidnapped Queen Guinevere falls upon him. She is believed to be held in the nearby fortress of Boscastle. The journey begins in Merlin's dusty chamber, scarred by the remnants of many failed spells. The player must solve puzzles, gather clues, and use magic wisely to achieve the goal.
