Pinhead is a game where a character with a small needle on their head lives on a trampoline and finds great joy in popping balloons. The player can control the jumping height by pressing the fire button on joystick port 2. However, some balloons knock Pinhead off balance, requiring the player to move the trampoline to ensure a safe landing. Pinhead has only four lives, and if all are lost, the game is over. Skill and quick reflexes are essential to stay in the game for as long as possible.
