Rally 2001 is a simple but frantic skill game: you steer your car only up or down and try to knock down as many flags as possible while dodging circular buildings. If you hit flags with the spiked sides of your car, they don't count – you need a clean frontal hit. After collecting 40 flags you advance to the next street, and clearing the third street rewards you with an extra car. You start with three vehicles, and once they're gone, the run is over. Rally 2001 thrives on quick reactions, precise timing and the urge to grab just a few more flags on the next street.
