„Rally Speedway II“ is a modified version of „Rally Speedway“ with new tracks and improved graphics. The two-player mode remains unchanged – both cars share the same screen, and if one falls too far behind, they receive a penalty before the race continues. Players can push each other off the track, and the editor allows up to 24 custom tracks to be saved per disk.
