Reederei puts the player in charge of a Hamburg-based shipping company and challenges them to increase its value through clever trading. Ships are sent to different ports, loaded with goods and returned to Hamburg, where the cargo can be sold for a profit. Purchasing additional vessels expands the fleet and increases trading capacity – careful investments and a good sense of market prices lead to victory.
