Rescue on the Centauri puts you aboard an enemy space station with a mission to rescue a kidnapped ambassador. You enter simple text commands to navigate the station, fight enemies, open doors, or hide. You can set the number of alien enemies before the game begins. Points are awarded for blasting aliens, surviving, rescuing the prisoner, or blowing up the station. The prisoner is always heavily guarded and frequently moved – and your laser energy is limited.
