The Slippery begins with a wonderfully ordinary premise and turns it into a small text adventure where even the start of your day can become a problem. Instead of demanding grand heroics right away, the game focuses on exploration, close observation, and gradually solving very specific situations in a domestic setting. That blend of an unassuming beginning, parser-based play, and the feeling of having to work your way out of a strangely awkward situation gives the game a distinctive and slightly quirky appeal.
