Spyplane breaks away from traditional text adventures by placing you in command of an aircraft rather than a character on foot. As the captain of a long-range reconnaissance plane, you search for enemy units, gather intelligence using sophisticated onboard systems and constantly manage altitude, direction and safety. Weather conditions, terrain and hostile threats affect every decision, while risky low-level flights promise greater rewards. Tension comes from balancing information gathering with survival and executing a proper return to base, where even landing demands careful procedure.
