Stairways

Stairways is a quirky action game set in a bar. Your goal is to collect seven pieces of the legendary amulet of the great budgie WONGA. Along the way, you must shoot down hallucinations and avoid knocking over other patrons' drinks, or the doorman will throw you out. Your character has three stats: energy, hunger, and drunkenness. Hallucinations drain energy, hunger is satisfied at the burger kiosk, and to maintain intoxication you must keep drinking at the bar. The challenge grows as you sober up, making it harder to fend off hallucinations with thought bubbles. If you gather all amulet pieces before the timer runs out, you move on to the next level.
