Starblast feels like an ambitious concept for a large space adventure that aimed to combine trading, exploration, role-playing elements, and free spaceflight. The story sequence already hints at a dark future where past wars and new power structures set the stage for a much larger journey. Planned elements such as spaceflight, stations, governors, and 3D routines show just how extensive the game was meant to become. As an unfinished preview, Starblast remains a fascinating glimpse of a project with enormous potential that sadly was never completed.
