Super Tau Zeta II continues the concept of its predecessor in a very consistent way, once again delivering a demanding side-scrolling space shooter with even more force and scale. You again battle your way through striking cosmic settings with your fleet, but the sequel feels a touch more lavish and even more focused on spectacular locations and big moments. Its appeal comes from the blend of tough action, boss encounters, and atmospheric effects such as parallax scrolling, making it feel like a heightened and even more intense version of the first game.
