Tanktics puts the player in command of a small German panzer group on September 6, 1943, trying to hold off a Soviet advance after the defeat at Kursk. Outnumbered two to one, your mission is to stop the Soviet tanks. Up to eight tanks or anti-tank guns can be deployed across five different scenarios. Battles take place on a large physical mapboard with over 200 counters, while the computer handles all calculations and acts as your Soviet opponent.
