Wavy Navy puts you in control of a PT boat that must defend itself against enemy fighters, bombers, and helicopters. Like a classic fixed shooter, you move left and right and fire missiles at attacking aircraft while also avoiding mines. A distinctive feature is the large ocean swell, which constantly carries the boat up and down across the screen. The direction and speed of the waves change from level to level, making both aiming and dodging more difficult.
