Wladcy Ciemnosci: Lords of the Darkness continues a tale of betrayal and fate, where after losing your throne you wander as an exile through distant lands. You eventually arrive in a realm whose people suffer under an unknown dark force, and you vow to uncover the source of their misery. The experience centers on exploration and menu-driven choices, with puzzles mainly solved through clever use and combination of items. The tone is somber and driven by the sense of taking up responsibility once more – this time from the shadows.
