GB Corp. is an incremental/idle game for the Game Boy where players hire consoles from the Game Boy line (Original GB, GB Pocket, GB Color, and Super Game Boy) to run a "push-button" company. Players earn money, hire more employees, and upgrade them to increase income, while managing their power levels by changing batteries when needed. A unique feature of the game is that consoles only work when the game is played on their corresponding console model. For example, Game Boy Color (GBC) employees can only be activated when playing on a GBC. This mechanic is central to the gameplay, as switching between consoles (like moving the game from a GBC to a Game Boy Pocket) triggers a battery refill for all active employees. While the concept is simple, managing employees and their power needs becomes more challenging as the workforce grows, adding complexity and strategy to the game.
