A flurry of excitement at the METALVOTZE construction site: Andy thought the visit of Inspector Ignaz would cool Bill down a little as the bricklayer's thirst for beer increases from day to day. Far too often Bill caused trouble being a drunkard at work, scrapping tools and machines. Far too often he was rude to Andy, his apprentice boy, demanding more and more beer to drink. Now, what Andy did not expect was this inspector being as lazy as his foreman. Moreover, Inspector Ignaz is a real pain in the arse when it comes to keeping Andy away from his duty: -- To serve his master with beer - as fast as possible! --
