The region is overwhelmed by a wave of crime. An organization called TEAM ROCKET is carrying out mass kidnappings of Pokémon, creating unprecedented panic. The police force is doing everything it can to put an end to this period of repression, but the criminals are so organized that it is not enough. Some trainers therefore decide to face TEAM ROCKET by their own means, but without any real success either, despite the success of some in thwarting some of the organization's plans. Thus, to strengthen the trainers and to avoid centralizing Pokémon in laboratories or centers, a measure has been put in place, consisting of equipping all trainers deemed capable of fighting with a Pokémon to defend themselves. Will this be enough to put an end to the period of unrest that reigns in the region?
