Pokemon XY Naturia is a Gold hack that brings 138 Pokémon from Generation 6 and earlier into the GBC era with an increased difficulty curve. The hack replaces the standard Johto roster with specially selected Pokémon including many fan favorites introduced in X and Y, with a new starter lineup to kick things off. The increased difficulty is the defining feature: trainer levels are elevated, gym leaders are more aggressive, and the game demands a more thoughtful approach to team building than vanilla Gold. It's targeted at players who have fond memories of Gen 2 but find the original games too easy on replays.
