The second installment in the "StarHorse" series, a medal game with a horse racing motif. In this work, the racing program has been increased to 60 races per course (1 year), and a 3-year-old classic road has also appeared. In addition, a new race at Chukyo Racecourse has been added. In addition, the song that plays when entering the paddock and the main track (during BET time) uses the main track entrance song that is actually used at each racecourse. In the "WORLD BREEDER'S CUP", where horses with excellent results are invited, a "Special Invitation Frame" has been added, in which even those who have not won a G1 race are invited for free.
