Shuffle Fight is a strategy game for the NES / Famicom that features characters in robotic costumes from models and anime franchises owned by the Banpresto company. This game is clearly related to the Super Robot Wars (AKA Super Robot Taisen) series, which is a long-running tactical RPG series with the same premise: appearances by many characters from Banpresto franchises, many of which are the same characters featured in this game. Among the most popular characters are those from the Mobile Suit Gundam series, although several other cool-looking franchises are included. The rules of the game are simple. You have character cards, called battle cards, which are used to battle other characters. During the battle, players take turns rolling dice. The higher the dice roll, the more damage you inflict. Players have attack and defense ratings that will increase or decrease damage. You can also use item cards to improve character stats during the battle.
