F1 Manager Professional is the successor of F1 Manager, keeps its main structure and offers subtle changes in the game mechanics. It is still a managerial game which simulates a racing team in the Formula One. One part of the team success lies in the financial side. Money is gained by getting companies to sponsor the team and by getting good results in the races. The budget limits the quality of the driver and the other employees. Besides the driver the most important part of the athletic success comes from the used car. Like in the real world it needs to be constantly evolved and tuned. If the player doesn't want to do this part himself he can hire engineers which take this job on. This part of the game is played in several menus in a 1st person view which are reached by a main menu.
