Turn-based strategy wargame on the US Civil War. You can play against artificial intelligence, and against a person with a single computer. Both sides of this conflict are available to choose from. The mechanics are quite simple: all player divisions move exclusively between the key points, in this case cities. During a turn, a combat unit can move only to a neighboring city, if you need to send it further - we use the railways. In the event that the destination is occupied by an enemy unit, a battle takes place. Battles are conducted in automatic mode, their outcome is influenced not only by the size of the units, but also the level of their training, supplies, as well as the degree of security of the besieged city. Yes, fortifications play an important role - a small detachment in a well-fortified city can stop an army of many thousands. At the end of the battle, one of the parties must retreat; if the retreat paths are cut off (for example, all neighboring cities are occupied by enemy units), then the unit automatically surrenders and no longer participates in the game. As for the fleet - almost the entire game, he acts independently, it is enough only at the beginning to give him the order to go to sea. At the end of each turn, the player will report how many enemy ships were sunk. However, the ships can be used for the siege of coastal cities - they are very effective in destroying enemy fortifications.
