Ace Armstrong vs. the Alien Scumbags! is a fast-paced, side-scrolling shooter inspired by the best sci-fi films and cartoons from the 50s and 60s. The game features a unique weapon system: instead of collecting power-ups, Ace must take down his enemies using the incredible power of the Recyl-o-Ray. In this game, our titular hero hurtles through space to defeat a race of psychopathic cephalopod invaders determined to wipe the Earth off the face of the galaxy - if the galaxy even has a face... Ace must speed across the surface of the Earth, before hurtling through space, hurtling through a deadly asteroid field, attacking a Scumbag factory ship and defeating them on their home planet before hurtling into the mysterious Dimension X to end the Scumbag menace once and for all!
