Constructor is a management game for PS3 in which you must manage a building construction company. At the beginning you can't build much, apart from small houses, but as the game progresses and you gain influence, you'll have access to much bigger building sites to design. For the financial aspect, you earn money by renting or selling your buildings which allows you to improve your equipment and also to hire new employees.
