Thunder Storm & Road Blaster is a compilation containing two Data East LaserDisc arcade games. in Road Blaster, the gameplay consisting of on-screen instructions superimposed on pre-recorded animated video sequences of high-speed chases and vehicle battles. Using the directional cross, the player controls his car in the right directions according to the green arrows that flash and beep on the screen, while controlling the accelerator pedal, brake and thruster each time they light up. The game features nine levels. Once a level has been successfully completed, the player is evaluated according to his or her reaction time. Different levels of difficulty can be selected.
