Kyarukan is a simple puzzle game with an erotic twist. The player is presented with a grid of tiles containing hidden images. The aim is to match identical pairs in as few moves as possible, until all the tiles are revealed and the stage is complete. The player has a certain number of lives, which can be increased by revealing special tiles, or reduced by hitting a tile with a wolf on it. Once the stage is complete, the player sees the image of a young woman appear in animated style. The stages become increasingly complex, with larger grids and more types of tile, and the young woman gradually removes her clothes after each stage. There are three "scenarios" in the game, with three different girls, but the gameplay remains identical in each of them.
