Brawshella's army threatens the entire galaxy. The Space Defence League decides to send several squadrons to restore peace and defeat Brawshella. Blazing Star will take you through several levels of very progressive difficulty at the controls of different ships. Each level has a wide variety of different enemies and ends with a boss. It takes 2 stages to kill, and more for the final boss. Once he is well beaten, he undergoes a transformation or loses pieces and changes his behaviour. As for the graphics, the introduction is half manga and half computer graphics. During the game, the ships are rendered in 3D and so are many of the scenery. The sound ambiance is also excellent: the music of the levels changes often, and is very catchy. Once you reach the boss, it changes to become even more rhythmic. Finally, the game's handling is impeccable.
