In Bomb Jack, the player controls Jack, who must collect all the bombs in order to complete the current round and move on to the next. That sounds easy, right? Wrong! Jack's task is made more difficult by numerous enemies such as birds, mummies, turtles and bullets. In each round, a bonus coin appears when you collect a number of bombs. Collecting this coin increases the player's score by 2 to 4 times. Most of the time the "power ball" appears, and collecting this will allow you to defeat enemies and give you more time to collect all the bombs. There is also the "E" coin, which gives Jack an extra life, but this coin rarely appears. The further you get through the game, the harder it gets as enemies travel faster to reach you.
