Players compete against computer or other users and aim to rise up in rank until they reach the highest level of yokozuna. The game was updated and released for WiiWare with Mii-avatars. Players must use various techniques and strategies to push their opponents out of the ring or force them to touch the ground with a body part other than their feet. Although the game was not officially released or translated for Western audiences, it remains popular in Japan and among retro gaming enthusiasts.
