An unscrupulous South American government has sent its spies to obtain the plans for Positronic technology. This is a large-scale photon cannon whose power exceeds anything known. Positronic is a threat to peace and must be destroyed by any means necessary. Vietnam veteran and weapons expert Charlie Montinni is called in to help. His friends Humphrey Stallone and Billy von Pettet will help him on this risky mission.
