Race little Q-Bert around the pyramid while avoiding falling eggs and spiders! Visit all the positions in the pyramid to get to the next level. The transition from graphics to the fluorescent tabletop display was quite successful, as Q*bert does not require much animation to represent the action on the screen. The game is obviously very simplified, with the only enemies present being the red balls and Coily. The discs on the side of the pyramid are present and work in the same way as in the arcade.
